Saalis is a Nordic marketplace that connects local producers, foragers, farmers, and artisans with consumers across Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. We celebrate the skill and knowledge of finding nature's treasures through expertise, respect, and wisdom. We provide a platform for buying fresh berries, mushrooms, game, fish, and artisanal products directly from producers.

Saalis connects buyers and sellers through a digital platform. Producers list their products, buyers place orders, and pickup happens at agreed locations or through REKO rings. All payments are handled securely through our platform.

We offer a wide range of Finnish natural products and farm produce:

REKO (Rejäl Konsumtion) is a network of consumers and producers that enables buying local food directly from producers. REKO rings operate locally and products are picked up at agreed locations, usually once a week.

Saalis supports existing REKO rings through a digital platform. Producers can manage their orders and buyers can find products more easily. The integration makes REKO operations smoother while preserving its community nature.

The Saalis platform shows the nearest pickup locations and REKO rings based on your location. You can also search for products by area and see which producers deliver near you.

We follow nature's rhythm: spring brings wild herbs and first vegetables, summer brings berries and fresh produce, autumn brings mushrooms and harvest, winter brings preserved products and fish. Our calendar shows seasonal products monthly.

We support local production, which reduces transportation. We favor sustainable production methods, recycling, and minimal packaging. We educate both producers and consumers about sustainable practices.
